# Ownership and Funding

Information about 9bot's ownership structure, business model and revenue sources.

## Ownership structure

9bot is an **independent product** developed and maintained by its founding team. We are not a subsidiary of any media conglomerate, business group or government entity.

Editorial and product decisions are made internally, without interference from investors or third parties. The ownership structure is direct and transparent.

## Funding model

9bot is funded exclusively by **its own revenue**, generated by selling subscription plans to our customers. Our business model is SaaS (Software as a Service), with monthly and annual plans.

- **Basic Pro plan:** for professional operations with unlimited groups

## Subsidies and outside investment

9bot **does not receive government subsidies**, donations from organizations or funding from outside entities. All capital invested in the operation comes from revenue generated by the product itself.

We have no angel investors, venture capital or any other form of funding that could influence our editorial or product decisions.

## Editorial independence

The separation between the commercial operation and editorial content is strictly maintained. No advertiser, partner or investor has any influence over what we publish, how we publish it or when we publish it.
