Corrections Policy

Our procedure for handling errors: how we publish retractions, corrections and updates.

Commitment to accuracy

9bot is committed to factual accuracy in all published content. When we identify an error, whether through internal review or reports from readers, we act quickly and transparently to correct it.

Types of correction

  • Minor correction: typos, grammar or formatting errors that do not change the meaning of the content. They are fixed directly, without an editorial note
  • Factual correction: incorrect information, wrong data or misattributions. The content is updated and a correction note is added with the date and a description of the error
  • Retraction: in serious cases where the content as a whole contains significant inaccuracies, we publish a formal retraction at the top of the article
  • Removal: content may be removed only when it violates third-party rights or legal requirements. In these cases, an explanatory note remains in its place

Correction process

When we receive an error report, we follow this process:

  • The editorial lead reviews the claim within 24 business hours
  • If confirmed, the correction is applied immediately
  • A correction note is added to the content, stating what was changed and when
  • The person who reported the error receives confirmation of the correction

How to report an error

If you have found an error in any content published by 9bot, contact us through our official channels and include:

  • The link or title of the content
  • The information you believe is incorrect
  • If possible, the correct source for verification

We value our readers' help in keeping our content accurate.
