9bot Terms of Use
Browse sections
Effective: September 2, 2026
These Terms explain the rules for using 9bot. By purchasing, accessing, or using the service, you agree to this document and our Privacy Policy.
The only personal data retained by 9bot is the connected WhatsApp number.
You remain responsible for the number, permissions, and content you configure.
The plan, price, currency, billing cycle, and any trial are shown at checkout.
Mandatory consumer rights and the laws of your jurisdiction continue to apply.
1. Acceptance, eligibility, and authority
By purchasing, accessing, or using 9bot, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you act for a company, group, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and use the service. Minors may use 9bot only where permitted by law and with any required authorization and supervision.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not connect a number or use the service.
2. The 9bot service
9bot provides WhatsApp automation and management features, which may include commands, moderation, scheduled messages, integrations, reports, and metrics, depending on the purchased plan and technical availability.
Features, limits, and compatibility may evolve. Specific information on the plan page, proposal, or checkout screen forms part of the applicable offer.
3. Connection, security, and Privacy First
You are responsible for controlling the connected number, authorized devices, and pairing or QR codes. Do not share credentials, and remove access that is no longer required.
Our principle is Privacy First. The only personal data retained by 9bot is the connected WhatsApp number. We do not keep a permanent customer profile containing a name or email address, and we do not permanently store messages, media, contacts, or group-member lists.
Data may pass through our systems momentarily to perform a requested action. Settings or content required for a future action remain available only for the functionally necessary period, until execution, cancellation, or expiration. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Plans, trials, and payments
Plans may be free, paid, monthly, annual, or promotional. The price, currency, limits, billing cycle, and availability of a free trial are those displayed when you subscribe.
Where a trial or promotion is offered, checkout will state its duration, conditions, and any conversion to a paid plan. By providing a payment method, you authorize the charges described in that offer.
Payments are processed directly by Stripe. 9bot does not store your full card number. Financial processing is also subject to the terms and policies of Stripe and your payment-method issuer.
5. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and taxes
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until canceled. To avoid a new charge, request cancellation before the next cycle begins.
Cancellation stops future renewals and generally preserves access through the end of the paid period. No automatic prorated refund or credit is provided unless the offer states otherwise or applicable law requires it.
Taxes, currency conversion, banking fees, and payment-method charges may vary by location. Nothing in this section limits mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights under applicable consumer law.
6. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
You must use 9bot only for lawful, authorized purposes consistent with the rules of WhatsApp and any other integrated services.
You may not use 9bot for:
- spam, unauthorized bulk messaging, fraud, phishing, or scams;
- harassment, threats, exploitation, discrimination, or unlawful content;
- infringement of privacy, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights;
- malware distribution, vulnerability exploitation, limit circumvention, or unauthorized access;
- data collection, impersonation, or automated interactions without required permissions.
You may not resell, copy, disassemble, or attempt to extract the service's source code unless expressly authorized or protected by a non-waivable legal right.
7. Settings, content, and permissions
You retain your rights in texts, commands, rules, and other content you configure. You grant 9bot only a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process that content as needed to perform the requested feature.
You represent that you have the permissions and legal bases needed to administer the number, send communications, moderate groups, and process third-party information. You are responsible for honoring consent, contact preferences, and community rules.
9bot does not pre-review every configuration and does not assume authorship of or responsibility for content and decisions created by you.
8. Third-party services and integrations
Operation may depend on WhatsApp, Meta, Stripe, hosting providers, APIs, RSS feeds, or other independent services. These third parties have their own terms, policies, availability, and security measures.
Third-party changes, blocks, limits, or outages may affect 9bot features. We may adapt, restrict, or discontinue an integration to preserve security, compliance, or operation.
External links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we endorse or control third-party content.
9. Intellectual property and license
The software, 9bot brand, interface, copy, visual elements, and documentation belong to 9bot or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
While you comply with these Terms, you receive a limited, personal or internal-to-your-organization, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased service. No ownership is transferred.
We may use feedback to improve the service without payment obligations and will not publicly identify you without permission.
10. Availability, changes, and support
We seek to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or permanent compatibility with third-party platforms. Maintenance, network failures, external changes, and events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions.
We may fix, update, add, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces an active paid service, we will provide notice or a remedy consistent with applicable law and the nature of the change.
Support channels and response targets vary by plan and the information published on our website.
11. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for a breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal order, or urgent technical need. Where reasonable and permitted, we will explain the reason and a path to remedy.
You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. Termination does not erase overdue amounts or obligations that by their nature should survive.
After termination, functional settings are no longer needed and are deleted according to our Privacy Policy and applicable technical routines.
12. Warranties, liability, updates, and contact
The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or harm caused by misuse, customer configurations, or third-party failures. No exclusion applies where prohibited by law.
These Terms do not waive statutory warranties or mandatory consumer rights. The law applicable to the contractual relationship governs these Terms, subject to mandatory rules in the user's jurisdiction.
We may update this document to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and the effective date will be updated.
